• Work closely with the Group CEO, COO, and Local Advisory Group (LAG).

Key Qualifications

• Exceptional leader with strategic vision, energy, and understanding of marketing.
• Demonstrate innovation, natural authority, and ability to lead by example, earning respect of pupils, staff, and parents.
• Willing to undergo appropriate child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.

Interview Details

First interviews will take place on Thursday 20 November 2025 at Radley College with a selection panel including Andrew Ashton, CEO of the Radley Schools Group, and John Moule, Warden of Radley College.
