We are recruiting for a Bartender to join our Tack room team. This role is a Full Time Position.

A sophisticated retreat for lovers of fine spirits and companionable conversation, The Tack Room is a haven of welcome and warmth. Delicious food, great company and a legendary collection of the world's finest libations come together to create an extraordinary atmosphere. A drink by the fireside or at the timeless green marble bar is the perfect end to an evening at Adare Manor, although when the drinks and conversations are flowing, a visit to The Tack Room can easily stretch into the wee small hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional, guest centred bar experience in line withare Manor standards
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and bar offerings
• Deliver warm, genuine, and professional interactions with all guests
• Ensure the bar area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Support the wider bar team in creating a welcoming, atmospheric environment
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene procedures

About You

We are seeking candidates who:

• Have an engaging, personable nature and relate well to people
• Demonstrate a strong guest centred approach
• Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion to their work
• Ideally have previous bartending or hospitality experience (though training can be provided)
