Head & Sous Chef: Elevate Dining & Leadership

Compass Contract Catering is seeking a Sous Chef for our Billingham kitchen. You will prepare dishes to menu specifications, ensuring Levy standards are met and ingredients are ready for service. You will work in a busy kitchen with a positive, can-do attitude.

The role requires Level 3 Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness, with training provided and opportunities across 5,000 venues across the UK. Monday-Friday shifts 7-3, growth, and benefits available.
