Hardware Engineer

We're Hiring: Hardware Engineer (0.8-1.0 FTE) Deventer, Netherlands

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and test analog and mixed-signal electronics
• Own your design from concept to production support
• Perform verification, integration, and EMC testing
• Select components, draw schematics, and review PCB layouts
• Document safety-critical design decisions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Europe and Asia

What You Bring:

• Academic degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in hardware development
• Strong background in analog/mixed-signal design, power electronics, and display technologies
• Hands-on experience with EMC testing and PCB design
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in agile, international teams
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
