Handyperson/Fabric

Overview

Handyperson/Multi Trade - Required to cover a site in London SW1 with an immediate start. This is a temporary position for the right candidates (3 months +).

Responsibilities

• Repair floor, walls and ceiling coverings including painting.
• Repair freestanding and fitted furniture.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrics.
• Assist engineering staff in a wide range of duties as required.
• General site services, including sweeping and tidying.
• Undertake any tasks as designated by the Contract Manager or representative.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience of working in hotel environments is desirable.
• Start Date ASAP.
• Shift pattern across a 7-day week: Early 07:00-15:30, Late 15:30-23:00 (covering 5 x 8 hour shifts in a 7 day period).
• Location: London SW1.
• Pay Rate: £18.50 per hour.
