Hands-On Duty Manager - Lead Teams & Guest Experience

Premier Inn in Ipswich is seeking a Duty Manager for 32 hours per week. You will lead shifts, balance reception, housekeeping and restaurant tasks, and ensure guests have a great stay.

You'll guide your team, brief before busy periods, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment. This role offers a permanent contract with guaranteed hours and opportunities to progress to a Hotel Manager position.
