Handover Manager - Outside IR35

Birmingham Full time Contract 3-6 months initially

We're seeking an experienced Handover Manager to support the handover of a major Midlands based Railway Station packages into operation and maintenance.

• Lead O&M handover for station packages covering MEP, SISS and Control room systems
• Manage RAMS reviews, inspections, and design sign off with specialist Contractors in line with HS2 and Railway standards
• Ensure Human Factors are considered appropriately within Control rooms, Switchboards, ticketing booths
• Oversee FAT AND SAT testing of systems including Software and configuration, witnessing, and statutory approvals
• Ensure delivery of as builts, O&M manuals, BIM models, and spares
• Support defects management through to final client sign off

• Strong rail operations & MEP / SISS background
• Knowledge of HMRI and rail legislation
• Experience on major UK rail projects
• Asset Management qualification or equivalent (desirable)
