Job Title: Gym Instructor

Location: Kingston upon Thames

Contract: Permanent - Part Time 22 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay: £16.44

About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Gym Instructor to join our team and help deliver an outstanding fitness and wellbeing experience. If you're passionate about health and fitness, enjoy motivating others, and take pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming gym environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Working within a professional corporate fitness facility, you'll support the day to day operation of the gym, deliver engaging fitness classes, and provide exceptional customer service to all users.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all gym users.
• Lead group fitness and spin classes.
• Conduct gym inductions and provide equipment guidance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the gym.
• Carry out daily equipment and safety checks.
• Manage gym towels and support the day to day operation of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (essential).
• Spin qualification (desirable).
• Previous experience in a gym or fitness environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A proactive, reliable and flexible approach.
• A passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
