About the team You'll join a passionate team dedicated to delivering unforgettable guest experiences, working across tours, tastings, events and training to engage visitors, trade partners and the wider beer community. About the role As a Guinness Brewery Ambassador, you will be the face of St James's Gate Brewery, bringing the story of Guinness to life through engaging tours, tastings and events. You'll connect with audiences, share your expertise and inspire a love for Guinness and our wider beer portfolio. Role Responsibilities Deliver engaging tours and tastings for visitors, trade and VIP guests Represent Guinness at events, training sessions and media opportunities Build strong relationships with internal teams, trade partners and the beer community Act as a mentor within the Storehouse team, leading by example on the floor Share expert knowledge of beer, brewing and the Guinness portfolio Support projects, events and daily operations across the StorehouseThis role offers the opportunity to become a recognised face of Guinness, develop deep expertise and engage with audiences across Ireland and beyond.
