Guest Services Assistant

Location: Tattershall Lakes, Lincolnshire (LN4 6LR)

Contract: Permanent (40 hrs per week)

Responsibilities

Guests will be welcomed, greeted, and checked in. They will assist guests with holiday bookings, resolve complaints, and ensure a pleasant stay. The role requires working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays to maintain seamless service during changeover days.

Qualifications and Skills

Customer service skills are a must. Strong communication skills, ability to liaise between departments, resolve issues, achieve results, and pass on accurate information. Can-do, fun-loving, people-centred ethos preferred.
