Guest Services Assistant

Location: Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park, Isle of Wight

Salary: £12.71 per hour - paid weekly!

Hours: Variable seasonal contract - some evenings & weekends required

What we need in a nutshell

As a Guest Services Assistant, we want you to make our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have the best holiday ever, from check in to the moment they leave. Your role, always with a friendly smile, will include:

• Meeting and greeting guests and checking them in and out
• Making bookings for activities and dealing with enquiries
• Resolving complaints in a way that makes guests properly looked after

One more thing holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends and bank holidays too.
