Guest Reservations Specialist - 5-Star Service & Upsell

Lime Wood Group Ltd. is seeking a committed reservations co-ordinator to join our team. You will handle enquiries via phone, email and live chat, and work to exceed guest expectations while driving room revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are 40 per week over 5 days, including weekend work. Full training will be provided and you will collaborate closely with hotel staff to deliver guests' expectations.
