Guest Experience Specialist - Front Office & Reservations

A luxury hotel in Kenmare, Ireland is seeking an experienced Front Office professional to join its team. You will assist with reservations, check in/check out, and serve as the main point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of 4 /5 hotel experience, fluent English, and is skilled in guest service. The position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Shifts are 8 hours, across five days, including weekends.
