Guest Experience Performance Lead (1-Year Maternity Cover)

Caledonian Sleeper Limited in Scotland seeks a Performance & Standards Manager on a fixed term 1-year contract. The role is full time (37.5 hours) with a salary of £50,149.78. Travel between Central Belt and the Highlands is required to lead guest experience across onboard, station, and lounges.
