Ground Floor Team Member - Belfast City Centre (Alfred Street) Premier Inn

We're recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member as the friendly face of our hotel. You'll welcome guests, help them rest easy from the moment they check in-making a cocktail, serving a meal, or coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are perfect. Immediate start; no experience needed.

Pay & Contract

Up to €14.85 per hour.

15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of the hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring they feel at home from check in onwards.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and meals to guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are delivered in perfect condition.
• Assist guests with requests and provide excellent customer service.
