GTS Product Manager, Guarantees

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Product Manager, Guarantees.
The Product Manager will support the global management and development of the Guarantees product set, including financial and performance guarantees, with additional responsibility for performance monitoring, enablement, and governance under the UK NRFB perimeter.
In this role, you will:
- Support global and regional initiatives to expand and enhance the Guarantees proposition.
- Maintain core product documentation, pricing models, and onboarding guidance.
- Contribute to product enablement materials for frontline and implementation teams.
- Track and report on KPIs, operational risks, and audit readiness.
- Act as first-line support to front-line teams for structuring and positioning guarantee solutions.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Good understanding of Guarantees and Standby LC products;
- Proven ability in working in cross-functional and multi-cultural projects.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels internally and externally
- Well developed management skills, with experience in team building and managing a wide range of projects;
- High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives; and
- Execution orientated with an ability to leverage resources available to achieve goals.
The base location of this role is London operating a Hybrid working model.
