Job Description
Your future position

Kpler's Ags & Dry Bulk business unit is rapidly growing, and we are looking for our first GTM Operations Manager to act as the operational right-hand to the Senior Director. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between our Product, Research, and Sales teams - architecting the commercial engine and streamlining execution for a global team of 150+ members.

Your mission is to:
  • Build and maintain the single source of truth for commercial data: customers, prospects, strategic target account lists (including their current subscription stack, its cost breakdown, and contract expiry dates), pipeline, trials, adoption, and beta progress.
  • Create dashboards and maintain a forward looking GTM activity plan that identifies priorities based on data, trends, and strategic needs.
  • Enable Product Marketing execution by surfacing and organizing existing intelligence across systems (Slack, Salesforce, feedback tools) based on BU priorities.
  • Own beta programs by maintaining prospect lists, coordinating early adopter engagement, and gathering structured feedback.
  • Help create demo materials that enable sales teams to run standard demos independently.
  • Serve as a bridge between commercial and analyst teams, relaying market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights.
Experience & Background Essential:
  • Experience in GTM Operations, Enablement, or Commercial/Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS, data/analytics, or technical environment.
  • Proven ability to move beyond reporting - you don't just find the data; you proactively build the systems, dashboards or workflows that allow teams to scale and improve results.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to drive execution across functions (Product, Research, Sales) without direct authority.
  • High level of competency in MS Excel for commercial modeling and experience with CRM/BI tools.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast paced, international setting.
Desirable:
  • Experience applying growth marketing principles and "growth hacking" techniques.
  • Background in launching new products to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Experience supporting products that require significant customer education.
  • Exposure to multi product portfolios at different maturity stages.
  • Experience using coding to automate manual reporting and streamline commercial workflows.
  • Familiarity with commodities, energy, maritime, or financial markets.
Core Competencies
  • Strategic Systems Thinker: You don't just solve the immediate problem; you build scalable processes and a single source of truth.
  • Collaborative Facilitator: You are a natural bridge. You align stakeholders by proactively gathering facts to understand their needs, then creating low friction workflows that teams adopt naturally because they make their work easier.
  • Autonomous & Pragmatic Operator: You thrive on autonomy. You proactively identify gaps and are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, moving projects forward without waiting for a direction.
  • Outcome Oriented Owner: You are motivated by measurable impact and a force multiplier work, finding satisfaction in enabling a large commercial team to succeed.
  • Adaptable Orchestrator: You can pivot quickly as products, markets, and priorities evolve, maintaining momentum even when encountering major external blockers.
Our People Pledge

Don't meet every single requirement? Research shows that women and people of color are less likely than others to apply if they feel like they don't match 100% of the job requirements. Don't let the confidence gap stand in your way, we'd love to hear from you! We understand that experience comes in many different forms and are dedicated to adding new perspectives to the team.

Kpler is committed to providing a fair, inclusive and diverse work environment. We believe that different perspectives lead to better ideas, and better ideas allow us to better understand the needs and interests of our diverse, global community. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives and are an equal opportunity employer.
