GTM Onboarding Specialist: Jumpstart New Hires & Ramp

Civica is seeking a GTM/Sales Onboarding Specialist to own and coordinate the onboarding experience for new sales hires. You'll run live sessions, manage access to tools, and ensure a smooth first 90 days, helping new starters reach productivity fast.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People, and central L&D teams while embedding Civica's values and shaping the new-hire experience for a high-impact sales organization.
