Growth Marketing Lead - PLG & B2B SaaS (Hybrid)

MongoDB is seeking a Lead, Growth Marketing to define the strategy for the Self-Serve developer journey with a strong emphasis on monetization and engagement. You will translate product-led growth into a prioritised roadmap and coach a team to raise the bar in execution.

You'll collaborate with Product, Analytics, Data Science, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Dev Rel to shape the digital experience and measure impact in a high-visibility role based in Dublin through a hybrid model.
