We're looking for a Netherlands-based Growth Marketing & Automation Specialist to help build and optimize our full digital customer journey - from lead acquisition to conversion and retention. You'll work closely with the founding team and play a key role in shaping scalable marketing systems.

What You'll Do

• Set up and optimize CRM workflows (WhatsApp, email, Stripe payments, lead follow-ups)
• Improve funnel performance across all touchpoints: landing pages, ads, WhatsApp, booking flow
• Coordinate with our performance marketing agency (Meta, Google, TikTok) and ensure tracking/reporting is accurate
• Automate reporting dashboards and customer communication triggers using Zapier and AI tools
• Implement tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, and Zapier to streamline recurring marketing processes
• Build basic email marketing flows and contribute to conversion strategy

Who You Are

• Based in the Netherlands and fluent in English (Dutch is a plus but not required)
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, CRM, or growth roles
• Hands-on with tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Zapier, Stripe, and any CRM (Zoho experience is a bonus)
• Familiar with AI-driven productivity tools and no-code/low-code automations
• Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote startup environment
