We're looking for a Growth Lead to own our user acquisition and retention strategy-whether you're a rising growth marketer ready for your next challenge or a seasoned leader eager to build something from the ground up.

Tasks

️ What You'll Do

  • Scale User Growth: Lead and execute creative growth strategies to take us from thousands to tens of thousands of users worldwide.
  • Performance Marketing: Run high-impact campaigns on TikTok and Instagram (must-have), plus test new channels and platforms.
  • Influencer Collaborations: Build and manage relationships with creators, health advocates, and community leaders to fuel organic and viral growth.
  • Funnel Optimization: Design, test, and refine the entire user journey-from awareness onboarding subscription retention.
  • Experimentation: Run growth experiments to increase session frequency, symptom tracking, and long-term engagement.
  • Partnerships: Drive collaborations with health communities, advocacy groups, corporate wellness programs, and complementary wellness apps.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use clinical and engagement data to improve CAC/LTV ratios and inform marketing strategy.
Requirements

About You

  • Hands-on experience with growth marketing and user acquisition, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with app store optimization, paid social, and search marketing.
  • Comfort with growth experiments, cohort analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of patient privacy, healthcare compliance, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across product, marketing, and clinical teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Xiaohongshu (Red Note) or other emerging social platforms.
  • Background in influencer partnerships, digital health, wellness, or pain/neurology-focused products.
  • Exposure to D2C and B2B2C growth.
