Beaumier opened it's first 5 hotel in Switzerland in 2024, as part of its global expansion.
The Grand Hotel Belvedere in Wengen is a 5 -Lifestyle hotel existing of two historical buildings, with 90 rooms and suites, 2 restaurants and a Spa.
In addition, Beaumier also runs the Hotel Silberhorn & Spa as a 4 hotel in Wengen.

We are looking for a Groups & Events Executive (m/w/d) with a start date by mutual agreement.

IntroductionSales & Business Development
• Proactively identify and pursue new group and event opportunities across leisure,
corporate, and MICE segments
• Manage reactive sales enquiries efficiently, ensuring timely responses and conversion
to bookings
• Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with potential clients and partners, both
locally and internationally
• Participate in Fam trips, trade shows, client events, and networking activities to
promote the Grand Hotel Belvedere brand
Event & Group Coordination
• Qualify group requests and event leads to ensure alignment with the hotel's offering
and operational capacity
• Prepare creative and competitive proposals, contracts, and event function sheets via
our online tools
• Coordinate and conduct site inspections for clients and travel partners.
• Liaise closely with operational departments to ensure seamless event execution and
guest satisfaction
• Prepare detailed post-event reports and feedback summaries
Administration & Support
• Manage the full event lifecycle, from enquiry to billing and follow-up
• Support the Sales & Marketing team with reporting, CRM updates, and database
management
• Prepare billing instructions and oversee invoice accuracy in collaboration with the
finance team
• Assist with internal projects related to sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and
product development
Key Responsibilities
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Experience in group sales, event planning, or reservations within a luxury hotel or
resort.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; German and/or French is an advantage.
• Passionate about hospitality, client service and teamwork.
