  • We, the Supply Chain Unit, with our various departments, are responsible for the logistics of our raw material plasma, single donation control, GMP-compliant storage of plasma and various intermediate products, procurement of goods and services, sourcing of inventory materials, production planning, import and export of goods, as well as overall warehousing operations.
  • Our team is divided into the following departments: Material Management, Plasma Logistics, Storage & Distribution, and Purchasing.

Aufgaben

Your main tasks and responsibilities

  • Animate a network between local and corporate functions and foster exchange of knowledge and ideas
  • Analyze in cooperation with other corporate and local experts bottlenecks, problems and constraints in current processes and investigate on opportunities for improvement/efficiency and harmonization
  • Act as our global expert for our Transport Management System (TMS) in SAP, work together with our SAP Competence Center to further enhance the system, keep it validated and working as intended
  • Take the lead in data management and design reports for local and corporate teams
  • Coordinate all activities relevant to running projects (internal & external) over several European sites and departments
  • Support the implementation and migration project for a new TMS system in the upcoming years
  • Investigate new trends and technologies, drive automation (RPA, OCR), and therefore foster innovation

Your department - where you make an impact


Profil
  • Academic education in an area related to Supply Chain Management
  • 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, minimum 3 years with Transport Management Systems
  • Proven success in project management with the ability to manage complex, large scale initiatives, preferably in an international environment in the pharmaceutical / multi-site manufacturing environment
  • Experience in process optimization (preferably Lean / Six Sigma) is an asset
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills paired with good communication over all hierarchical, cultural and technical levels
  • Strong computer skills, excel and data base analyze is a must, Power App skills appreciated
  • ERP and transport managements system knowledge is a must, TMS SAP desirable, project experience in system implementation is a strong asset
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is a must, German is a plus
  • An open mind and ability to keep a broad view on topics
