Octapharma specializes in the development of highly pure pharmaceuticals made of human blood plasma. As part of a family-owned enterprise, Octapharma in Vienna is not only the largest production site, but also a successful research location of the Octapharma Group. Since our company continues to grow, we are now hiring for our team:

• Drive the implementation and rollout of Electronic Batch Records (EBR) & Master Batch Records (MBR) across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with business requirements and production processes
• Act as the key interface between manufacturing, site teams, and system providers (MES platform & paper-on-glass EBR solutions)
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and support system configuration and validation in line with regulatory standards
• Support the development of an implementation roadmap, including milestones, timelines, and resource planning
• Monitor system performance post-implementation and identify opportunities for harmonization and con-tinuous improvement
• Coordinate and deliver training to ensure successful adoption and effective use of EBR systems

• University degree in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in EBR & MES, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
• Practical experience with system implementations and project management
• Proficient in English - German language skills are a plus
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a structured, analytical mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across functions and sites
• Willingness to travel rather frequently to other sites

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 4.270,14. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
