If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.The Group Reward, Benefits & IM Lead acts as the benefits subject matter expert for international markets (for example Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Singapore and the US), ensuring local benefit arrangements and insured plans are compliant, and competitive, and aligned with Group reward principles.They will support the wider VGS Reward team with the delivery of reward expertise, solutions and operational support, in line with business strategy, within the Group Reward function. They would be the lead person responsible for managing policies across the VGS footprint ensuring policies are up to date and drating new policies for any new locations for VGS. They would work closely with the IM team and the Group Reward & Policy Director managing both internal and external Vodafone Leadership Team hires and moves. In addition they would manage the relationship with our immigration and relocation suppliers.They will also provide support to the Global Employment and Expatriate Tax Senior Manager in managing the employment and expatriate tax processes across the Vodafone Group in relation to all aspects of employment and expatriate taxation. Lead periodic reviews and renewals of local and international benefit programmes, managing broker and insurer relationships and making recommendations on plan design, coverage and cost. Drive and implement reward policy and programmes that attract and retain critical talent and skills. Support business as usual reward processes e.g. the Annual Reward Review ('ARR') and the annual reward benchmarking exercise. Manage international mobility for the Vodafone Leadership team. Assist with employment and expatriate tax compliance obligations including short term business visitor monitoring, directors expense reporting, PAYE Settlement Agreement, share scheme reporting and information needed by our tax service provider. As part of the Group Reward & Policy Team; participate in the delivery of projects for the wider team. Who you are Proven experience working in Reward roles in international and cross-cultural environments Strong ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Skilled in communicating complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences Highly numerate with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes Awareness and understanding of employment and expatriate tax is ideal but not essential.
