Group Medical Director: Strategic Mental Health Leader

Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced consultant psychiatrist to become group medical director and lead the shared system agenda for transformational change in mental health, learning disabilities and autism.

The post holder will devote 8 PAs to the GMD role, with the remainder dedicated to clinical work (up to 13 PAs total). The weekly job plan will be discussed and can be adapted to support strategic objectives across networks and at Trust level.
