To strengthen the General Accounting service, we are looking for a Team Leader in Accounting between 80% and 100%, based in Lausanne. The role involves managing a team of accountants and undertaking specialist missions such as: - Providing technical support and advice to your team members in handling accounting tasks, particularly those related to treasury - Organizing, planning, and coordinating your team's activities: meetings, performance reviews, management of replacements - Supporting your team and trainees (6 people) and ensuring compliance with accounting rules - Contributing to division projects as a subject matter expert in accounting - Overseeing and performing daily accounting tasks, closing work and reconciliations - Supporting Vaudoise agencies and other services with accounting-related queries Your profile: - Federal diploma in finance and accounting or superior qualification in accounting (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HEC, Fiduciary Agent Certificate) - Proven experience in accounting (at least 5 years) - Experienced leader, recognized for your ability to mobilize teams, establish a positive work environment, and encourage team development while making effective decisions in demanding environments - French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good command of German (minimum B2 level) - Very good knowledge of Excel and modern ERP systems, to record and reconcile accounting entries If you are also an invested leader, organized, proactive, and demonstrate a strong customer focus, you are probably the person we are looking for!
