Group Health & Safety Leader - Multi Site Excellence

Vadella Group is seeking an experienced Group Health & Safety Manager to lead governance, strategy and performance across its operating companies. The role is hybrid with travel across the UK and reports to the Chief People Officer and Group CEO.

You will drive a proactive safety culture, oversee audits, manage regulatory interfaces and deliver Board-level KPI reporting, while guiding operations teams and safeguarding worker welfare.
