Group Head of People - HR Strategy & Growth

Wallace Myers International is seeking a Group Head of People in Dublin to lead HR operations across Ireland, the UK and Spain. This senior, hands-on generalist role supports managers and senior leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You will drive performance management, workforce planning, and HR governance, coach leaders, manage complex employee relations, and partner with Finance on headcount and costs. Travel to UK biweekly and occasional Spain trips are required in a hybrid setup.
