Job Description

Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a PE backed global organisation to appoint a Group Financial Reporting Manager into a newly established position within the finance function.

Working closely with the Finance Director and senior leadership team, this role offers significant exposure across the wider group and the opportunity to influence reporting standards, governance and financial oversight during an exciting period of global expansion.

This appointment will play a central role in enhancing group reporting capability, strengthening technical compliance and supporting strategic activity across the business. It represents an excellent opportunity for a technically strong qualified accountant seeking a visible group level position with involvement in high value corporate initiatives.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for consolidated reporting processes, coordinate the external audit cycle and contribute to a range of projects including refinancing activity and potential acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead coordination of the annual group external audit process
  • Act as a key liaison between auditors and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
  • Maintain strong technical accounting standards across the group (UK GAAP / IFRS)
  • Support corporate and international tax compliance activity
  • Oversee governance requirements across the group structure, including company secretarial coordination
  • Provide technical input into refinancing initiatives and acquisition-related activity
  • Support preparation of board-level reporting and group financial insights
Candidate Profile
  • Strong technical accounting expertise within a complex reporting environment
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
  • Experience gained within practice or industry group reporting roles
  • Exposure to consolidated reporting across multi-entity structures
  • Familiarity with international reporting environments advantageous
