Job Description

• Oversee and manage all financial reporting and accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Coordinate and manage budgeting and forecasting processes across the group.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage year-end audits.
• Support the leadership team with strategic financial planning and advice.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Proven experience in accounting and finance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience in leading and managing finance teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
