Job Description

Are you a sharp and analytically driven finance professional with a background in accountancy or financial control? Do you want to take the next step in your career at the heart of a fast-growing, international tech company, where your insights have a real strategic impact? Then this Group Financial Controller opportunity at Xebia could be exactly what you're looking for.

On behalf of Xebia, we are looking for a talented finance professional to join their high-performing Group Control team. Xebia is a global, technology-driven organization with over 5,500 employees and an ambitious buy & build strategy. With acquisitions happening regularly across multiple regions, the finance team plays a key role in supporting scalable growth through smart consolidation, financial control, and strong reporting processes.

As Group Financial Controller, you will work closely with six international hubs and act as a key sparring partner for both local finance teams and group leadership. You will be part of an ambitious team that manages the group's consolidation across 50 entities, while also improving systems (Lucanet), processes, and internal controls. This is a hands-on, strategic role that offers a lot of exposure, ownership, and the chance to grow with the business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy, international environment and wants to combine operational finance with strategic influence. You'll be joining a company that values initiative, continuous learning, and impact. Not just reporting.

What will you do?

  • Oversee the month-end close process for approximately 50 legal entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting in line with group standards and deadlines.
  • Act as the go-to person for 6 international hubs, providing financial information, explanation, and support;
  • Help design, maintain, and optimize Lucanet for group consolidation and reporting purposes;
  • Manage intercompany processes;
  • Drive process improvements and help further professionalize the finance function;

Who are you?

  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in accountancy, financial control, or group control;
  • You have strong analytical skills, are proactive, and able to switch between operational details and strategic overviews;
  • You're a confident communicator who thrives in dynamic, international environments;
  • Experience with Lucanet or a different consolidation tool is a strong plus;
  • You enjoy bringing structure to chaos, are curious and quick to learn, even when the path isn't clearly defined.

What does Xebia offer?

  • Annual salary up to €85,000 (holiday allowance included);
  • Up to 5% annual bonus
  • 25 vacation days;
  • Personal development budget of €5,000 and 6 additional study days;
  • Hybrid working model: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote;
  • Travel allowance (€0.23/km or full public transport reimbursement);
  • Solid pension scheme with employer contribution;
  • Access to the Xebia Fit Program and a collaborative, forward-thinking work
