The Hilton London Metropole Hotel has completed a transformational refurbishment, updating all of its Food & Beverage outlets, Bedrooms, Public Areas and Meeting Space. Following the refurbishment, the hotel now boasts 1,100 bedrooms, four unique restaurants and bars, 35+ meeting rooms, including three ballrooms, with capacity for over 1,350 guests as well as an exclusive event space with unparalleled breath-taking skyline views across London.

What matters most for this role?- Your enthusiasm and winning mind-set
- Your experience in GC&E sales
- Your contribution to our Team Culture
- Your current position is Sales Manager / Senior Executive or similar level
- You have +2 years' experience with events (preferred in a branded hotel environment)
- Evidence that you can convert business and achieve sales targets
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Delphi knowledge is recommended
- Build excellent relationship with our Clients
- Manage your own inquiries in a value of up to £1M
- Deliver exceptional site visits for our Clients
- Convert business as per your sales targets
- Manage contract terms & clauses
- Manage HWS/SSSO relationships
- Manage handover process of your events from sales to planning
- Attend the daily huddle and other weekly/Monthly meetings
- Contribute to the exceptional culture in the wider commercial team
