The Hilton London Metropole Hotel has undergone a transformational refurbishment, updating all Food & Beverage outlets, Bedrooms, Public Areas, and Meeting Spaces.

Key qualities for this role:

  • Enthusiasm and a winning mindset
  • Experience in GC&E sales
  • Ability to contribute positively to team culture

We are looking for:

  • Current role as Sales Manager, Senior Executive, or similar
  • Over 2 years' experience in events, preferably in a branded hotel environment
  • Proven ability to convert business and meet sales targets
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service
  • Knowledge of Delphi is advantageous

Responsibilities of the GC&E Sales Manager:

  • Develop excellent relationships with clients
  • Manage inquiries up to £1M value
  • Conduct exceptional site visits for clients
  • Achieve sales targets through business conversion
  • Manage contract terms and clauses
  • Maintain HWS/SSSO relationships
  • Coordinate event handovers from sales to planning
  • Participate in daily huddles and regular meetings
  • Foster a positive culture within the wider commercial team
