Job Description

A global network agency with the UK's number one B2B marketing position has built something different: the only operation at this scale focused purely on food, beverage, and hospitality. While competitors work on financial services and industrial systems, this team works with some of the world's most recognised FMCG brands and the challenger businesses disrupting them.

The Role

You'll lead a £2 - 2.5m portfolio of client business with absolute P&L authority. This means owning strategic direction, shaping core campaigns, and driving commercial growth while managing resource budgeting and quarterly revenue forecasting. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team of 5 - 8 people, ensuring right-fit resourcing and progression across strategy, creative, performance, and digital disciplines.

The role operates at two levels: strategic oversight of major client relationships and hands on execution when projects demand it. You'll identify and unlock new growth opportunities, support new business pitches, and work directly with the management team on agency-wide commercial initiatives. Client service at this level means being the strategic and creative voice to clients while maintaining the execution skills that protect your authority.

The Person

You're a seasoned agency professional with at least a decade of client service experience who has navigated the potholes and risen through the ranks. Currently a Senior Account Director at a larger agency, ready to step into Group Account Director or you're a Client Service Director at a smaller operation, wanting to join a bigger platform. A strong B2B agency background is essential, and food and beverage sector experience is valued but not required.
