About The Role

TC Facilities Management is currently recruiting for a Groundsman to join our team to help support our clients.

Location: CB4 0GW

Shifts: 37.5 hour contract 07:00 to 15:00 with 1/2 hour unpaid meal break.

Pay: £14.42 per hour

Responsibilities

• You will be delivering the grounds work across the year with the control to make decisions on the seasonal conditions and requirement.
• You will be making sure the grass and lawns are spot on and mown and trimmed as needed.
• You will look after all the pruning keeping the trees and hedges ship shape.
• You will have responsibility of arranging sub-contractors as needed, so you need to be comfortable with that and using Microsoft office in the management of this.
• You will be responsible for the maintenance of the pesticide and chemical logs and carrying out any spraying required.
• You will collect the leaves and carry out any snow clearance and gritting as needed in the winter months.

Role Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of plants and ground maintenance.
• Thorough knowledge of gardening tool and equipment use and maintenance.
• Pesticide spraying qualification.
• Driving License.
