Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Grangemouth, FK39XH

Salary: Above Real living wage

Contract Type: Permanent

Typical Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Overview

We're looking for reliable and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operatives to support the delivery of high-quality grounds services across Grangemouth, Bo'ness Road. Responsibilities
  • Carrying out routine and specialist grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, spraying, pruning, and litter picking.
  • Operating a range of equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Maintaining tools, vehicles, and PPE to a high standard and reporting any defects.
  • Recording completed work using mobile technology (training provided).
  • Working collaboratively with your team to meet quality and performance targets.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar grounds maintenance role.
  • Good understanding of health & safety procedures and safe equipment use.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred).
  • Spraying qualifications (PA1 & PA6).
  • Proactive, professional attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
