Grounds Maintenance Operative

Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Grounds Maintenance teams who are based in Leicester and travelling to sites across Leicestershire.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation).
You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. If you are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful, safe outdoor environments, we would love to hear from you.
This is a full time position where you will be working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and a full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities will include:- Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment
- General maintenance of grounds e.g. grass cutting, clearing of debris, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming
- Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride on machinery
- Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in using gardening power tools
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
