Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent

Hours: 36 hours per week (Seasonally Adjusted: 40 hours per week from April to September over 5 days; 32 hours per week from October to March over 4 days)

Salary: £25,726.13 per annum

Location: Telford

Role Overview

We are looking for an individual who can undertake high quality grounds maintenance and landscaping duties across the Group's portfolio of properties. Using a wide range of machines and tools to complete grass cutting, pruning, weeding and all other associated activities in a safe and professional manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Full clean driving licence with the ability to drive a 35cwt pick up
• Relevant horticultural knowledge and experience
• Teamworking skills with a tactful approach to tenants
• Empathy with the social aims and values of the organisation
• Licence for pesticide application (desirable)
• Ability to tow trailers (desirable)
• Basic DBS Check
