Location: Penge -Seymour Villas Salary: £29,159 - £32,926 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week - flexible options considered Contract Type: Permanent

This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025 We're seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Estate Services Team in South London.

Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of our estates, you'll be carrying out tasks such as litter and leaves collection, use of petrol and electric tools, mowing and strimming of grassed areas, hedge trimming, general gardening duties (digging, planting, weeding and pruning) and transportation of grounds maintenance equipment using vans and towing trailers.

You'll also need to be familiar with using a PDA Smart phone. Representing Clarion, you will always be courteous and respectful with our residents, being always helpful.
