Job description

We are seeking a Grounds and General Maintenance Operative to join our Site Services Team on a 6-month contract, supporting the upkeep of our 1200-acre MIRA Technology Park.

In this hands on role, you will help maintain the proving ground and wider site, carrying out landscaping activities such as grass cutting and tree maintenance across test and operational areas. You will also deliver planned and reactive maintenance, supporting the safe and efficient upkeep of roads, external spaces, and site infrastructure.

Working in a technically advanced automotive R&D environment, you'll play an important role in ensuring site safety, operational continuity, and the long term condition of key assets.

Contract details

Please note;

  • 6 month contract, Inside IR35
  • Pay up to £16 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
  • Allowance for stand by as per agency worker regulations
  • 39 hours per week
  • Qualification: Level 2 in maintenance or equivalent
  • Full UK driver's licence required
