Job Type: Long-Term Contract (with potential for permanent employment)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Overtime available)

Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Ground Maintenance Operatives to join our team in Inverness. This is a long-term opportunity with the possibility of securing a permanent position for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride on mowers
• Strimming and general vegetation control
• Hedge cutting and basic landscaping duties
• General site upkeep and maintenance
• Supporting skilled labouring tasks as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in ground maintenance (grass cutting, strimming) is preferred
• Skilled labouring experience is advantageous but not essential
• Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Own transport is preferred due to site locations
• No CSCS card required
