Overview

Location: Beach Road, Weston-super-Mare BS23 1TT, UK

Position: Front of House Team Member - Weston-Super-Mare (Seafront) - Hotel

Hours: 8 hours per week

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract: Fixed term contract until 03/09/2026

Start: Immediate start, no experience required.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests as the friendly face of the hotel and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist guests with requests, help with check-in/check-out, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared.
• Support front-of-house operations, including serving meals or drinks as needed.

Requirements

No experience is required. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a customer-focused approach are valued.
