Position: Grill Chef - Minehead Brewers Fayre - Restaurant

We are currently recruiting at our Minehead Brewers Fayre location. The position offers 32 hours per week, paying up to £14.16 per hour on a fixed term contract until 02/09/2026.

About the Role

As a Grill Chef, you will prepare, cook, and serve mouth watering meals to our guests as part of the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grill dishes according to plant standards and guest expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new staff members on grill techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Prior catering or hospitality experience, preferably as a grill chef.
• Ability to work 32 hours per week and start immediately.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
