This is a really exciting opportunity to join a business that is continuing to invest in its brand and bring more of its creative activity in-house.Whether you're a seasoned Graphic Designer looking for your next creative challenge, or someone with a couple of years' experience looking for the opportunity to really develop and establish your career, this could be a great opportunity to make your mark.The business has invested heavily in building its in-house Marketing function, bringing more previously outsourced activity into the business and establishing a strong, consistent brand. Now, they're looking for a creative individual to help take that to the next level.The Role:This isn't simply a role where you'll be handed a brief and asked to produce artwork. We're looking for someone who enjoys coming up with the creative concept, developing the idea and then bringing it to life.Working closely with the wider Marketing team and external creative partners, you'll have the opportunity to work across a really varied mix of digital, print and visual content, including;

• Creating engaging digital and print marketing materials across multiple channels
• Designing graphics and visual content for the company website and digital campaigns
• Creating eye-catching exhibition stands and supporting materials for events
• Designing presentations, brochures, advertising materials and other branded collateral
• Developing creative concepts and bringing ideas from initial thought through to finished design
• Producing 3D product renders and cutaway product imagery to showcase technical products in an engaging way
• Supporting the creation of graphics and video content alongside an external creative agency
• Maintaining and developing brand consistency across all visual communications
• Working with the Marketing team to understand briefs, challenge ideas and bring a creative perspective to campaigns
• Helping to continually evolve and strengthen the company's visual identity as the business grows

About You:We're open to a range of experience levels for this role. You may be an established Graphic Designer looking for a new environment where you can have more creative ownership, or you could have 1-2 years' commercial experience and be looking for that next step where you can really develop your skills. What matters most is your creative mindset, ideas and ability to bring those ideas to life!You'll ideally have:

• Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• A good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout and visual communication
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create or contribute to engaging written content
• A creative, imaginative approach with the confidence to develop concepts rather than simply follow instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• A portfolio that demonstrates your creativity, versatility and ability to take an idea from concept through to finished artwork
• Experience with 3D rendering, video content or motion graphics would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

• Salary up to £34,000 DOE
• 25 days' holiday + bank holidays
• Hybrid working - 1-2 days per week from home available following successful completion of probation
