Graduate Transport PlannerOffice Based£25,000Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pmPermanentWe are working with an established and growing transport consultancy who are looking to recruit a Graduate Transport Planner to join their team. They offer excellent working hours, strong benefits and genuine long-term career development opportunities within a supportive environment.The role involves supporting the delivery of transport planning projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, assisting with assessments, data analysis and planning applications.A degree in Geography, Physics, Civil Engineering or a related discipline will be advantageous to your application.Key Responsibilities

• Preparing Transport Statements and Transport Assessments
• Assisting with Travel Plans and sustainable transport strategies
• Collecting, analysing and interpreting traffic and transport data
• Supporting junction capacity modelling and traffic forecasting
• Assisting with planning applications and liaising with local authorities
• Producing clear and accurate technical reports
• Supporting senior consultants on a variety of projects

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Geography, Physics, Civil Engineering or similar
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
