• Designing and deliveringpersonalised lessonsthat engage, inspire, and help learners progress.
• Monitoring learner progressandproviding constructive feedbackto enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaboratingwith parents, guardians, and schools to ensure learneracademic success.
• Maintainingaccurate session recordsthrough our virtual learning platform.

• Acomprehensive induction including a training programme
• Afollow-up scenario-based assessmentto evaluate understanding
• Online CPD training, including modules such asSEND Support
• Ongoing feedback and support from our experienced Quality Assurance team

• Begin with carefully selected placements (KS3-KS4)
• Be supported to provide high-quality tuition
• Work towards completing aminimum of 52 hours of delivered tuition and meeting our experience threshold to transition to full tutor status

• When registering as a Graduate Trainee with Fleet you will be listed as anAgency Worker, supporting with tuition engagements as and when they arise. Set amount of hours are not guaranteed.
• You will work through a contract for service and will be paid viaPAYE.
• Any tuition placements you undertake with us will be covered by our insurance.
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete oursafer recruitment process, designed with KCSIE in mind (Keeping Children Safe in Education).
