A high-performing all-through school in Whyteleafe is seeking exceptional academic graduates to join their team as Teaching Assistants on a full-time, fixed-term basis from September.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across different phases of the school. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting teaching and learning across primary and secondary phases

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons

• Providing targeted academic support to individuals and small groups

• Supporting students to achieve their full academic potential

• Helping maintain a positive, focused, and well-managed learning environment

• Gaining exposure to a wide range of teaching styles and subject areas

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A Russell Group degree (or from a top university) in Education, Psychology, or a related subject

• A strong academic background, including excellent A Levels and GCSEs

• A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach

• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
