Graduate Teaching Assistant - All-Through School (Full-Time, Fixed Term)
Location: Whyteleafe, Surrey
Pay: £500 - £600 per week (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term

A high-performing all-through school in Whyteleafe is seeking exceptional academic graduates to join their team as Teaching Assistants on a full-time, fixed-term basis from September.

About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across different phases of the school. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting teaching and learning across primary and secondary phases

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons

Providing targeted academic support to individuals and small groups

Supporting students to achieve their full academic potential

Helping maintain a positive, focused, and well-managed learning environment

Gaining exposure to a wide range of teaching styles and subject areas

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A Russell Group degree (or from a top university) in Education, Psychology, or a related subject

A strong academic background, including excellent A Levels and GCSEs

A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach

The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
