Our SMART Graduate Development Programme

As a Graduate, you'll benefit from a structured Graduate Development Programme designed to help you learn in real-time, on-the-job and through supported training. That includes:

  • Developing and maintaining code.
  • Developing software across the full project lifecycle.
  • Investigating, analysing and documenting reported issues.
  • Producing and maintaining high quality technical documentation.
  • Learning and applying Information Security and Quality Management best practice.

    You'll be educated to at least a higher level in Computing or a related discipline and have or expect to have a 2:1 or equivalent. You'll also be:

    • Methodical and logical in your approach.
    • Organised and have an eye for detail, and a desire for excellence.
