The starting salary will be from £30,628 to £31,736 on Grade D, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.
Main purpose of the jobThe post holder will be a member of PS Connect (HR) and will be expected to successfully deliver the day-to-day operational work associated with the University of Exeter Future Leaders & Innovators Graduate Scheme & internal TIDE Programme. You will build effective relationships with stakeholders which support and contribute to the delivery of the above service, including graduates, students, staff and department heads.
About YouThe successful post holder will have strong organisation and coordination skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, staying calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. They will be a strong communicator and able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people in a variety of situations using a range of communication methods. They will have excellent IT skills including proficiency in MS office (especially, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and web-based programmes and ideally have an interest in recruitment and/or professional development pathways. It would be beneficial if the post-holder was able to think creatively to tackle challenges and take initiative to automate processes where necessary.
